01 Booking & Pricing
How do I book a game or set of games?+
Browse our rentals at our online shop, pick your date, and reserve online — no phone call needed. A 50% deposit secures your booking.
How far in advance do I need to book?+
We require at least 48 hours advance notice for delivery & Pickup, so it’s best to book as soon as you know your event date — especially during busy weekends.
Do you offer bundles or discounts for multiple games?+
Yes! We offer bundles when you book multiple games together. Reach out and we can put together a custom package for your event.
What’s the difference between daily and weekend pricing?+
A daily rental covers an 8-hour period. A weekend rental covers Friday through Sunday, giving you more time to enjoy your games for one flat price.
What happens if it rains?+
Light rain does not automatically qualify for a refund. If severe weather makes setup unsafe, we may offer a reschedule or rental credit.
02 Delivery & Setup
Do you deliver?+
Yes, we offer delivery for all of our games. Delivery is available within a 15-mile radius of Chester, VA at $3.00 per mile.
Can I get same-day delivery?+
Same-day delivery isn’t available — we need at least 48 hours advance notice to schedule and prep your order.
Do you set everything up for us?+
Delivery includes drop-off, but if you’d like us to fully set up and take down your games, add our Full-Service Setup: $25 for 1–2 games, $40 for 3–4 games, or $60 for 5–8 games (delivery fee not included).
What happens at pickup?+
We inspect each item at return to make sure everything’s accounted for and in good shape. You’ll also get a reminder email 24 hours before your scheduled pickup.
Can I pick up the equipment myself?+
Yes! Many of our games can be picked up and returned by customers during designated pickup hours.
03 Payments
What payment methods do you accept?+
We accept all major credit and debit cards securely online through Stripe.
Do I need to pay the full amount upfront?+
No — we just need a 50% deposit to reserve your date. The remaining balance is due before your event.
Is a security deposit required?+
We keep a card on file for every order. For orders over $150, a $50 refundable deposit applies; for orders over $250, it’s $100. This is refunded after a successful return.
Will I get a reminder before payment is due?+
Yes, you’ll automatically receive a payment reminder email, plus an SMS notification, so you’re never caught off guard.
04 Rules & Safety
Are your games safe for kids?+
Yes! Our games, including the Axe Throwing Game, use safe foam materials and freestanding targets — all the fun, none of the sharp edges. Games are great for kids and adults alike.
Do you check the equipment before and after rental?+
Every item is inspected at return to ensure everything is in good working condition for the next booking.
Is there an age restriction on any games?+
Most of our games are designed for all ages. If you have specific concerns about a game for younger kids, just ask us when booking.
What if a game gets damaged during my rental?+
Normal wear is expected, but significant damage may be deducted from your security deposit. Reach out if anything happens — we’re happy to talk it through.
Do you clean and sanitize equipment?+
Absolutely! All equipment is cleaned, inspected, and sanitized before each rental.
